Versioning
- Each version has its own schema URL, e.g.
/standard/rees/v0.1/schema.json. Published schemas are never edited. - 0.x versions are drafts: fields may still change between them. 1.0 will be the first stable version.
- After 1.0, minor versions only add optional fields; anything else is a major version.
v0.1 — draft (September 2026)
- Feed envelope: publisher, generation time, licence, listings, developments, delta (
since) and paging (next). - Money with ISO currency and basis (total, per m², from, range, per period, on request).
- Measures with explicit units; coordinates with precision.
- Provenance on any value: source, date, confidence.
- Legal block: title status, survey, tax exemption (e.g. CONFOTUR), foreign-buyer rules.
- Developments as their own objects; units linked by
development_id. - Licence and listing-office fields; three conformance levels; a 31-term feature vocabulary.
Being considered for v0.2
- A push API (
POSTwith a signed webhook) for publishers who prefer sending to being polled. - Short-term-rental fields: licence number, calendar URL, nightly rates by season.
- Price history events inside the feed.
- Hurricane-resistance and construction fields (roof type, impact windows, elevation).
- A signed-feed option so receivers can verify a feed came from its publisher.
