What the full example shows
- ER-1002, a golf villa: Complete level — provenance on price and areas (the built area from a survey, the plot from the registry), title and survey status, HOA per month, a property-tax figure marked as an estimate.
- ER-1003, an off-plan unit: priced in
DOP— REES never forces a currency conversion; the receiver converts and says so. Linked to its development withdevelopment_id, with a CONFOTUR exemption and its source. - ER-1004, a lot:
basis: "per_m2"with a plot area, so the total is computed, never guessed. - ER-R-2001, a rental: held by another office (
listing_office) and licenseddisplay-onlyfor this listing only, overriding the feed-wide licence. - DEV-MAREA: a development with its own "from" price, delivery date and units available.
