Connect your listings

Three ways in, from zero effort to full control. Whichever you pick, your listings stay credited to you, link back to your site, and every enquiry goes to you, free.

1. Send us the feed you already have

If your website or CRM already exports listings, we can usually read it as it is:

  • OpenImmo XML, RESO Web API or Data Dictionary exports, Kyero XML
  • WordPress real-estate themes that publish schema.org data (Houzez, WP Residence, RealHomes and similar)
  • A spreadsheet export, for small portfolios

Send the URL to partners@caribescout.com. We map it to REES on our side — see the mappings — and tell you which fields would lift your listings to the next level.

2. Publish a REES feed

The best option if you have a developer or a CRM that allows custom exports.

  1. Expose one URL that returns your feed as JSON over HTTPS, e.g. https://youragency.com/rees.json. Static file or generated on request — both work.
  2. Include every active listing, and keep a listing in the feed with status: "sold", "rented" or "withdrawn" for at least 30 days after it leaves the market. That is how receivers learn it is gone — a listing that silently disappears could simply be a broken export.
  3. Keep ids stable. The id of a listing never changes and is never reused, even when the price, photos or title change.
  4. Optionally support deltas. If your URL accepts ?since=2026-09-30T08:00:00Z, return only what changed and set since in the response. We pull deltas hourly and the full feed daily.
  5. Large portfolios: page with next (a URL to the next page). Keep each page under 5 MB.
  6. Check it with the validator, then send us the URL.

Access control

A public URL is simplest and fine for data already on your website. If you prefer it private, give us either a secret query token (?key=…) or a bearer token we send as Authorization: Bearer …. We fetch from Cloudflare's network with the user agent CaribeScoutBot/1.0 (+https://caribescout.com/bot).

Photos

Link your originals in media, largest size available. We make one copy per photo for fast display and credit the listing to you; we do not watermark, edit or resell them. A changed URL is treated as a new photo, so keep URLs stable.

3. Use the partner portal

For a handful of listings, or to correct what we already show: claim your free partner account to edit prices, mark sold, add rentals and see every lead.

What happens to your data

  • Every listing shows "Listed by" with your name and a link to the listing's url on your site.
  • Enquiries are sent to you. We charge nothing to buyers, renters or you for routing them.
  • Listings are ordered by value against the neighbourhood, never by who pays.
  • We never publish a listing whose licence does not allow it — see data rights & credit.
  • Crawled or imported listings are marked "not yet verified" until checked; a Verified or Complete feed earns its badge on each listing.
